Open the box and remove the foam, installation instructions, printer base, gantry, accessories, and other materials from the printer.
Flip the equipment base back.
Locate the voltage adjustment window on the right side of the bottom.
Install the equipment.

Align and insert the positioning pins on the gantry’s left and right Z-axis motors with the pin holes on the printer base.
Flip the printer backwards, open the printer base cover, remove 8 M5 * 20 gantry locking bolts, and use a 4.0 hexagonal wrench to tighten them.
Stand up the printer, plug in the bottom cable of the left upright, and remove the fixing foam on the hot bed (one piece at the front and one at the back).
Install the material rack by locking the 4 M4 * 6 printer material rack bolts using a 2.5 wrench.
Pass the Teflon tube through the back of the Type-C port.
Remove the Teflon tube clip from the rack and insert the Teflon tube into the hole on the rack (ensure the Teflon tube port is flush with the right side of the rack).
Plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch in the upper right corner of the device base, and wait for the device to start after the device “beeps fully.”
Perform “Automatic Leveling” of the printer.

Printer Base Cleaning:
- Use a brush to remove wire residue from the printer base.
- Use a tissue or clean cloth sprayed with 75% medical alcohol to wipe the printer base clean.
Cleaning the XY Axis V Wheel:
- Use a brush to clean the wire residue from the XY axis V wheel.
- Use a tissue or dust-free cloth sprayed with 75% medical alcohol to wipe the X and Y axis V wheels.
Cleaning the X and Y Axis V Wheel Track:
- Use a paper towel or dust-free cloth sprayed with 75% medical alcohol to wipe the XY axis V wheel track.
- Clean the accumulated dust in the track.
Fan Cleaning:
- Remove the fan and use an alcohol brush to clean the dust and thread on the fan.
